History of TNP
The Next Partnership started with Brian Suiter’s vision to create a more intentional way for real estate professionals to connect. He invited Andrea and Aaron to join him in building something that felt different from the typical networking event — less name tags and awkward small talk, more real conversations around real projects.
The idea was simple: visit cool developments, highlight interesting work happening in our city, and then end the experience with casual networking among people who are active in real estate, development, design, construction, finance, and related fields.
In other words, we tour great spaces, meet great people, and occasionally pretend the networking drink after the tour wasn’t the whole reason everyone showed up.
Vision
The Next Partnership exists to bring together people who are actively shaping what comes next for Columbus—builders, developers, entrepreneurs, and connectors—so that collaboration becomes the catalyst for better businesses, stronger relationships, and a more vibrant city.
